Applicant tracking system

inTegro ATS

A web application for recruiting teams. Track candidates through your hiring pipeline, manage open roles, schedule interviews and follow-ups, and see where hiring stalls — in one place, for the whole team.

Candidate pipeline Interview scheduling Hiring analytics

New companies request a workspace at id.integro.software · existing teams sign in at app.integro.software with email or Google.

The product

What inTegro ATS does.

Recruiting teams run it as their system of record for hiring — every candidate, every open role, every interview in one shared workspace instead of spreadsheets and inboxes.

Pipeline

A board per job

Candidates move through your own hiring stages on a drag-and-drop board. Stages are configurable per job, and the whole team sees the same picture as it changes.

Candidates

One record per person

Contact details, CV, skills, experience and the full history of every stage change and note. Duplicates are detected and can be merged rather than quietly forked.

Jobs

Open roles, tracked

Requirements, seniority, tech stack and priority per vacancy, with a read-only public link you can send to a candidate without giving away your workspace.

Schedule

Interviews and follow-ups

Set an interview or follow-up date on a candidate, get reminded before it lands, and mark it attended or done. Everything due sits on one month calendar.

Analytics

Where hiring actually stalls

Funnel conversion and drop-off between stages, time-to-hire, time-in-stage, stalled candidates, source effectiveness and per-recruiter performance.

Team

Built for more than one recruiter

Roles and permissions, delegation when someone is away, a company activity feed, and live notifications so nothing waits on a page refresh.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar.

inTegro ATS already knows when your interviews are, because you scheduled them here. It does not know about the rest of your day. Connecting Google Calendar closes that gap.

What we ask for

Read-only access to your calendar

A single Google permission — calendar.readonly — used to show your existing Google events alongside the interviews and follow-ups already in inTegro ATS, so scheduling conflicts are visible before you book over one.

Connecting is entirely optional. The rest of the product works without it, and it stays off until a user turns it on for their own account.

What we never do

  • Create, change or delete anything in your Google Calendar — the access we ask for is read-only and cannot write.
  • Use your calendar data for advertising, or sell it to anyone.
  • Let a person read your calendar data, except with your explicit consent, where security or the law requires it, or once it has been aggregated and de-identified.
  • Share it with third parties beyond what is needed to run the feature you switched on.

Turning it off

Disconnect at any time from Profile → Connected accounts inside inTegro ATS, or revoke it from your Google account security settings. Either way we delete the stored authorisation for that account, and the calendar falls back to showing only what you scheduled in inTegro ATS.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Data

Whose data is whose.

Ownership

The candidate records a company puts into inTegro ATS belong to that company. We process them to run the service on its behalf, and for nothing else.

Separation

Every workspace is scoped to its own company. One customer’s candidates, jobs and analytics are never visible to another.

Credentials

Authorisation tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, are never exposed through our API, and are deleted when you disconnect.
